David Krawczyk, a junior in the IB program at William Fleming High School, is a realist painter. He has exhibited at the first annual Open Studios Tour, On the Rise Bakery, The TAP Gallery, and The Market Gallery. Working mainly in oil, he paints architectural scenes from around the world. He is currently working on a mural at the VA Medical Center. He also plans to do a series of paintings depicting French cities he visited over the summer.

David has also worked in ceramics, wood, glass, and video. Last year, he produced a public service announcement ("Support the Arts") that won first place in a state competition.
