I can't read the map. How can I get to the studios?
A larger map will appear in the Inside Out Section of The Roanoke Times, Thursday, April 24.

Brochures with maps will be available starting April 1 at The Market Gallery, Studios on the Square, Gallery 108, The Fine Arts Museum, Southern Graphics, and many other popular retailers all over the Roanoke Valley.

To have a map mailed to you, call Mary Bullington at 540-904-2828, request an OPEN STUDIOS brochure, and leave your name, mailing address, and zip code.

On the weekend of April 26 and 27, 2008, the sites listed on the map will be plainly marked with OPEN STUDIOS signs and banners.

There are 26 artists on the tour this year, including 7 OPEN STUDIOS guests this year.

Does the tour cost anything?
The tour is free.

Is it OK if I bring along my children?
Children are encouraged. Many of us teach children and love to show them how things are made.

Will there be food or drinks?
We serve light refreshments such as cookies or pretzels. Each artist chooses what they will serve. Drinks are simple and nonalcoholic.
